TruPaw is a free, supervised beta for a small group of invited kennels. Keep your existing breeding and care records while testing. Use Today and the record history to verify what has been saved.

The beta stores your account email, kennel and caregiver details, puppy records, care entries, files, and the author and revision history of changes. These are used to provide recordkeeping, access control, invitations, recovery, and support.

Kennel owners control caregiver access. Co-owners can read and manage all kennel records; helpers receive the access shown in their invitation. Only accept invitations you expect, and do not put unnecessary personal information into notes or attachments.

Supabase provides the hosted database, authentication and private file storage. Resend handles sign-in and invitation email. Cloudflare serves these support pages. Encrypted recovery copies are intended for founder-controlled Google Drive storage. We do not sell beta records or use them for advertising.

You can export your kennel records and request account deletion in Settings. Deleting an account removes its owned kennels and sign-in identity after the deletion worker completes. Records and attribution belonging to another kennel owner may remain with that kennel. A local save or a deletion request is not a server completion receipt.

Recovery copies are intended to retain seven daily and four weekly snapshots. Deletion markers remain available throughout backup retention so restoring an older snapshot does not restore deleted accounts or kennels. Final retention and recovery operation must be verified before real-record onboarding.

Notifications are optional and may be delayed or unavailable. Reopen TruPaw to check current records. The beta does not replace veterinary advice or your own care decisions.

For help, privacy questions, exports or deletion follow-up, contact contact@trupaw.pet. Include the app build and request ID when relevant; avoid sending complete records or sensitive attachments by email.
